How do log I into the Centurion website?


You must first have an account with us. Simply contact our Sales Office on 01302 788700 and ask for your account to be web activated. You will be sent confirmation of your password and to log in, simply follow these few easy steps:
 
  1. Go to www.centurioneurope.co.uk.
  2. Click ‘Log In’ at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your e-mail address in the box provided.
  4. Enter your password which has been set as
  5. Log on.

What is the returns policy?


If products are ordered in error, at discretion the Company can only accept return of goods which are returned in as ‘new condition’ and within 30 days from date of delivery. Credit for these goods may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

It will not be possible for the Company to restock specially made to order products.
 

Cost of returning the goods


The cost of returning any incorrectly ordered or unwanted products will be at the customer’s own cost.

If the return is due to faulty or incorrectly received products, Centurion Europe Ltd will arrange and pay for the return of goods. Please contact our Sales Office to organise this return.
 

Shortages/Damages


Special care should be taken on receipt of deliveries especially where the delivery comprises of more than one box. Damage in transit and shortages must preferably be advised within 24 hours but not exceeding three working days of receipt. Wherever possible, if the damage is visible, please sign for the order as ‘received damaged’.
 

Faulty Products


All products carry a minimum of 1-year guarantee. Any fault should be reported to our customer services team with the original proof of receipt at which point we will substantiate the fault and either issue a refund or replace the faulty item.
 

How to I return items to Centurion?


In the event that you have products to send back which qualify for return, please contact our sales office to arrange. You will need to provide the following information: 

Advise us of the products and quantities being returned.

Advise us of the number of boxes and approximate weight to be returned.

Once we have the full information, we will make the necessary arrangements for our carrier company to collect the box(es) from you.

An email will be sent to you with the return labels which must be printed and fixed to the boxes.  If you do not have the facility to print the return labels, please let our team know and we can arrange for them to posted to you. Any box which does not have the return label attached to it cannot be collected by the carrier.

Once the boxes have been collected and returned to us, we will arrange the necessary credit back to your account.
 

What are the carriage terms?


Deliveries to Mainland UK:

– Centurion Products:  Orders over £100 nett are carriage paid.  Orders under £100 will incur a £7.50 surcharge.

– Spectrum Industrial Products:  Orders over £50 nett are carriage paid.  Orders under £50 will incur a £5.00 surcharge.

– Web Orders:  Orders over £50 nett are carriage paid.  Orders under £50 will incur a £5.00 surcharge.

Orders delivered to the UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the rest of Europe will incur additional surcharges.  Please contact our sales office for further information.
 

What are the shipping options?


Our standard delivery lead time for stock items is 1-3 working days. The following special delivery options are available at a charge:

– Next day delivery – £15.00

– Prior to 12pm delivery – £16.50

– Prior to 10am delivery – £19.00

– Prior to 9am delivery – £25.00
