At Centurion Europe Ltd, we recognise the importance of protecting the environment and reducing waste. Sustainability is an integral part of the way we operate, and we are committed to continually improving our environmental performance through responsible business practices.

As part of this commitment, we operate a Customer Take Back Scheme, giving our customers the opportunity to return Centurion Europe Ltd products and packaging only for recycling or responsible recovery, where suitable recycling facilities are available.

This scheme is intended for products that have reached the end of their useful life. It is not a product return or exchange programme, and no credit, refund or replacement will be provided for products returned under this scheme.

While customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible products and packaging to Centurion Europe Ltd, we will cover the cost of recycling or responsibly recovering all accepted returned items. We are committed to ensuring that these materials are managed through approved recycling and recovery processes, helping to reduce landfill waste and support the circular economy.

Centurion Europe Ltd operates an ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System and is committed to continually improving its environmental performance and reducing its environmental impact.

How the Scheme Works

• Contact our customer service team before returning any items.
• We will confirm whether the Centurion Europe Ltd product or packaging is eligible for the scheme and provide return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items to our designated location.
• Centurion Europe Ltd will arrange and fund the recycling or recovery of accepted returned products and packaging through approved waste management partners.
• No credit, refund or replacement will be issued for products returned under this scheme.

Items must not be returned without prior authorisation from Centurion Europe Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse products or packaging that are not manufactured or supplied by Centurion Europe Ltd, have not reached the end of their useful life, are contaminated or modified, or are otherwise unsuitable for recycling through this scheme.
