The new facility, which is available through the Centurion Europe website www.centurioneurope.co.uk, means customers will be allocated a unique identification number and, as a result, will be able to access their own account and view the status of orders, right through to delivery. Through the user-friendly account management function, customers can also print copies of documents, such as statements, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes. They can also source products online through a simple method of browsing by product type, section or category.
Customers can also benefit from enhanced market support, as part of helping stockists to increase their sales. This includes the ability to download product images, technical and safety data sheets and reports. Customers will also be able to take advantage of web-only special offers, as well as buying clearance stock at attractively low prices.
